       STORE POLICY
 
                   BY CLICKING CHECKOUT, I AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:

I confirmed the intended items are correct in the shopping cart. 
I confirmed my shipping and email address are correct.
I understand, Sicarra Black is not liable for any missed or delivery rescheduling. 
I understand, orders cancelled once they are placed. 

Standard order processing time is 2-3 business days.
All orders will be shipped via USPS.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Should you wish to return or exchange any items, you must initiate the process by submitting an email to info@sicarrrablack.com within 7 days of the delivery date. You will receive an email correspondence with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
After 7 days, the items are no longer eligible for return/exchange.  

All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hair, debris or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume, and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in the form of store credit, excluding the shipping and handling costs unless the item is proved to be defective. 

When returning merchandise, please use boxes or bags designated for shipping. Items found to not be properly package, resulting in damage to the merchandise will forfeit the return. 

Please note - Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order was filled incorrectly or defective. 

Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return/exchange.
